Located in the Vulture Mining District, the Black Hawk property consisted of mostly underground workings that produced many commodities, including lead, gold, molybdenum, copper, and vanadium. This mine is located 1 mile south of the Vulture Mine, just off a graded dirt road.
At some point, the pictured shaft collapsed around 100 feet in. Its original depth is unknown.
